The Sensations

Born in Ayrshire, Scotland.  John E Brandon grew up in a house filled with Music and Poetry!  His first and most prominent musical influence was his Father (John Sr.) and "often played" and "well tuned" Grand piano that was the centre piece of the Brandon family home.  The house was often filled with friends and family, where the atmosphere was charged with Lyric, Limeric, Song and many, many a happy celebration!

As time goes by, the Beatles hit the music scene early on in Scotland, and that is when John e first dreamed of a life in music.  John e was composing at the age of Seven.  He performed in award winning local, municipal and Church choirs.  He also performed and competed in Scottish poetry events.  John e still performs Scottish poetry such as "Robert Burns"..."A Man's a Man for a' That".

The Brandon's emigrated to the United States and John's teenage years were exposed to a broader sphere of musical influence.  Throughout his early years John e played in many local bands and formed some of his most treasured and life long musical friendships.  John owns and operates The Upper Room studios where he has produced award winning videos and has Produced and Mastered hundreds of Music CDs for local, national and international artists.

Today John e finds himself in the excellent musical ensemble call The Sensations.

"This band has a lot of fun, and I feel privileged and blessed to perform on stage with such passionate and talented musicians as Holland, Rick, Dana and Kurt!  And it can only get better"!
